Enchanting.  That’s all I have.  First, I was going to say magical, but that’s not enough to describe this pair, or this day.  I do believe in magic, and this day possessed all of the things that make magic + more than magic = enchanting.  Do you know what I mean? Everyone knows that couple. The artsy adventurers, the fun ones with the infectious romance that we’re all striving to find, get to, or maintain.  The ones with the perfect wedding day that goes down in history because everyone will talk about it and remember it forever. This is them.

It was actually an early spring day, but Lauren’s color choices that included mustard, dusty rose, emerald, and stone neutrals, in combination with her vintage, rustic -elegant style and the glorious backdrop provided by Haue Valley clearly made this a timeless event.

Haue Valley in Pacific, Missouri most definitely makes our favorite venue list for hosting a rustic-elegant event.  With their outdoor ceremony space and adjacent covered reception area, it’s not difficult to create a dreamy, romantic atmosphere.  The lighting at this venue is amazing.

Lauren chose heavy mixed greenery garlands for the arch at the entry of the aisle, mantle and the head table areas.  We dressed our “Littles” to coordinate with the day, in conjunction with wood slabs and sprigs of green throughout the room on guest, guest book, gift and dessert tables. Oh, and that cake!  We lightly dressed both layers in blooms and sprigs of green to add the perfect amount of color and character to complement the romance in the room.

On a ‘personal’ note though – bridal bouquet love!  Lauren knew exactly what she wanted in her bouquet and bringing her vision to life was a challenge that we happily accepted.  I’ll admit, I had some reservations about the “pop of mustard” that she insisted be included, with her custom ordered mustard ribbon wrapping.  But, just look at it! Could it be any more perfect with the cascading gunni, silver dollar, seeded eucalyptus, olive branch mixed greens, against the blush garden roses, mustard ranunculus, protea, caramel carnations, stock and creamy ivory roses? It’s difficult to look away! Isn’t it?  Maid’s bouquets were in similar style and bloom variety, but smaller in size to designate Lauren and her bridal bouquet the stars of the show.

Our wish for Lauren & Tyler, is a long and happy life together, full of many days as timeless and enchanting as this day!
