“Details” is a podcast from Petaled Pail and Company, a St. Louis based wedding and event design house, hosted by creatives Amy + Harley James, a mother daughter team planning, styling and flowering elevated wedding and event experiences at home and away.   Details is a glimpse into the life of owning and growing a creative business in the wedding industry while designing a life we love from each of our perspectives.   It’s the true story of navigating life and finding balance in juggling wedding planning and design, floral design, business, along with family, travel, selfcare and SIX pups between us.  The show follows us wherever we are this week and in life, and there’s no time for a dull moment… Our journey is always beautiful, not always pretty. 

There tends to be a romantic idea about our everyday lives, understandably so, because we’re so lucky to do what we do. But we’re not here rolling around in flowers, bathing in sunshine, or floating on clouds everyday.  We’re here to show you real life, our daily struggles and little wins.  Together we’ll learn from our girlboss friends, clients, and our own experiences. Hopefully, along the way we’ll encourage and facilitate a little (well a lot) of girl power and build a community of strong women.
